Naval Engineer, from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in 1978, with Postgraduate Studies in Computing Systems Engineering (from COPPE-UFRJ). He began his career at Lloyd Brasileiro in 1976, working in shipyards and at the engineering directorate of the Brazilian Navy (DEN). As an entrepreneur, he has also been founder and director of Projenav and ECR Ship companies.
She is responsible for managing the Controllership, Accounting, Financial, Administrative, and Human Resources areas; and is working at Forship since 2007. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, from Cândido Mendes, and over 20 years of experience. The executive was managing director at Gestetner do Brazil S/A, Product Manager at Presta Administradora de Cartões de Crédito S/A, and Import Supervisor at Brasif Electronics S/A.
Master in Business Administration, from FGV-Ebape, with Bachelor's Degree in Data Processing, Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Finances, from PUC, and MBA in Telecommunications Management, from FGV-Epge. He has 17 years of experience in IT. At Forship Group, he worked as IT Manager from January 2003 to 2011, and since 2007 he is the Executive Director of HMSWeb TI Ltda., the technology company of Forship Group which is responsible for developing IT solutions for management and control of engineering projects. He has also worked as infrastructure coordinator at Amdocs (Brazil), and was responsible for deploying the Billing and CRM systems for Claro (mobile phone service company), as well as at IT area of Bozano Simonsen Bank, Medusa (industrial automation), and IBM.
Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ), diploma in Executive Directorship from the Singapore Management University (SMU), and Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). Over the last ten years, Coura has provided engineering, project management and technical consulting to owners, builders and financial institutions. He has played significant roles in the design, construction, installation and operation phases of complex industrial facilities as part of major engineering projects both in Brazil and abroad.
Electrical engineer graduated from the Catholic University of Petrópolis (UCP) in 1983, he is professional with 35 years of experience in Industry, Telecommunications, Oil and Gas and Mining sectors. He has worked with project, construction, maintenance and commissioning activities in several ventures, with emphasis on electrical engineering and telecommunications. He joined Forship in 2004 as a Commissioning Engineer in the electrical area, acting directly with field teams. As Discipline Coordinator, he participated in the development of a collection of commissioning and maintenance procedures in electrical, instrumentation and telecommunication disciplines. As Engineering Manager, in addition to coordinating the teams of engineers and technicians in the drawing of commissioning documents (platforms P-50, PRA-1 and P-54), with focus on the improvement of team productivity, he participated in the design and implementation of BRASKEM?s commissioning methodology. As Project Manager, he acted in 15 contracts, with emphasis in the coordination of the P-53 Operability Certification and the development of the E&P Systematic Commissioning, aiming to improve the operability rates of the new Petrobras? offshore units. In the Mining area, he administered the management contracts for the commissioning of the CLN 150 Mtpa Program, involving the facilities of the Ponta da Madeira Maritime Terminal and the Ferro Carajás Road ? client Vale. As Implementation Manager, he was responsible for the implementation and integration of commissioning management and execution contracts, ensuring the application of corporate procedures. Currently, he has taken over the Operations Board, being thus responsible for commissioning, operation and maintenance projects.
